Review: Absolutely atrocious service. Impossible to contact them by email or by phone. Wanted to cancel the subscription as I hadn't met anyone suitable online and had met someone off line but impossible to get hold of them. Avoid them at all costs!

Review: Awful website! Very slow to use, keeps on freezing when logged in and a badly designed website. I never met anyone suitable from this site so I tried to cancel my subscription which was not made easy. Customer Service very hard to contact. Friends also had the same bad experience.
